Facial recognition television

I believe you all must have know of what is camera face detection but what about television face detection? This new technology created from Hitachi will automatically detects when you’re actually watching your television and will  shuts the display off if you are not watching. This is going to be very useful, think about it, if you are playing game and aren’t willing to stand up or reach out to your remote control to switch off your television.  You can just simply turn your head away from the television and it will automatically switch to standby mode. Anyway Sony are also into developing this technology, we should be able to see it in the market quite soon. Jump to 45s if you do not want to wait.

Once again iPhone has prove that why it is still the leading smart phone in the market. But i was wondering what if you are accelerating the car and the WiFi connection got cut off will the mini van stop by itself.

Still remember my previous post which was few week ago. I wrote of how you can write a small script to remind you to unplug your usb thumb drive when you shut down or log off your pc (Never forget your USB flash drive). I understand that there is quite a few steps you need to follow and is a little complicated but do not worry i found a piece of software to help you. It is call Flash Drive Reminder. Follow the link to download and it is a freeware. This is a tiny application that you put it into your thumb drive and it require very little space only. It work when you go to log off or shut down your session, the reminder pops up, reminding you to plug out your drive. That it, very easy as compare to my previous post which you need to write a small script.
