Have you seen a 80 ports usb hub before?

Thanko just introduced an 80-port USB hub to charge all of your gadgets from a single location. The bad thing is this device only allow charging, you cannot use it to transfer file or perform synchronization.

80-port USB hub

So this 80 ports usb hub is it suppose to help you solve your problem (lack of usb ports) or to introduce you with another problem. (Messy cable). The board is sized at 200×200×19mm and obviously needs to be plugged into a wall socket to work (100V). The picture below shows it with just 40 of the 80 ports used and it is already so messy.

The 80 Port USB Hub is available for $165 in Japan. For those living outside Japan and wish to get one, can check at Geek Stuff 4 U website. It is offering for $208.68 plus shipping.

Potato Chip Eating Hand Keeps Your Fingers Clean

Potato chip hand

This is another really weird gadget from Japan, it’s a cute plastic hand that you can use to grab potato chips out of the bag and eat with. If you are those who like to eat potato chip all day and want to keep your hand free of grease this seem to be a good solution. While grabbing for a piece of potato chip this device is make in a way that it will not crush your potato chip. Regardless how hard you press the button. I believe this device is going to be in the Top ten weird gadget of 2010.

Some weird and abnormal gadgets ever made

Beer Burglar Alarm: an alarm that goes on when someone drinks your beer

Beer Burglar Alarm

Basically you attach the alarm system to a glass, and since it has a proximity sensor it will make the (sound) alarm go on if anyone tries to drink the beer. I believe that your friend will continue drinking your beer they will simply ignore the sound alarm.

An iPhone-Viewing Visor

an iPhone-Viewing Visor

The problem starts with the fact that the instructions ask you to stuff your iPhone into a pocket at the end of a camouflage visor, but the iPhones don’t even fit in the pocket. Besides, the plastic window fades and distorts your video, which severely impairs the cinematic experience. And its seem to me like it will tired your neck easily.

RemoteWrangler

Remote Wrangler

Always misplacing your remote controller try strapping all to your face and it will be hard for you to misplace them again. It does ease your time in finding the remote controller but it going to hinder us in watching TV if the controller is too big or long that might block our view.

A low-tech wireless phone headset (Cell-Mate)

A low-tech wireless phone headset

So is this going to be an alternative to bluetooth headset or earpiece? I doubt so, unless you are someone who doesn’t care about your own look.

Under-Ease pants: designed to hide the smell of farts

Under-Ease pants: designed to hide the smell of farts

According to Under-Tec’s president and inventor Buck Weimer, the Under-Ease is an underwear that provides “protection” against human gas. The weird product, designed by this American manufacturer, has a built-in multi-layered, replaceable filter made of felt, charcoal and fibreglass wool. To prevent gases escaping without passing through it, the underpants are made from air-tight fabric and completely sealed with elastic around the waistband and legs. Sound like a gas mask to me just that it is worn in other place*.

Toilet golf (Potty Putter Golf game)

Toilet Golf

The Potty Putter golf game allows the avid golfer to practice his putting while in the restroom. This gadget may help to improve your golf game. Some unique way to kill your bore other than read book or magazine while pooping.

Nintendo Virtual Boy

Nintendo virtual boy

This device was supposed to be the first portable game console capable of displaying “true 3D graphics” out of the box. But the truth was that Virtual Boy fans had to press their eyes into the machine’s goggles to get the 3D effect. By just looking at the picture i think its going to cause me with headache after 5min of game play.

Your steering wheel mate; Wheelmate

Wheelmate

Wheelmate

Caught in traffic jam, this seem to be a quick solution for you to have your lunch/dinner/breakfast inside your car or carry on working with your laptop. You may have to push your driver seat back a little and driving with this thing attached to your steering wheel will likely breaks several local and state laws. There is a safety precaution written on the product box saying, “For safety reasons, never use this product while driving.” Seem to advise you to pull over before you start having your food or computing.
