There are just those times when you’re so incredibly wrapped up in what you’re doing on your computer that you couldn’t possibly take a break to take a quick leak. That’s where this Geek Leak comes in handy. Instead of making that inconvenient trip to the bathroom, just keep the Geek Leak near your desk and you can do your business at the computer. Of course right now this is just a very funny picture someone created, so you’re stuck with coke bottles for now.

Take a look at this intriguing PC case mod that was presented recently at a German Case Modding Championship. It’s a barbecue grill computer all decked out in FIFA10 branding. Inside the BBQ is a working PC with a Core 2 Duo CUP, Asus ATI 4870 graphic card with 1024 MB ram, Corsair TwinX 4GB Ram, 1000 MB hard drive, a DVD burner, mouse, keyboard and Windows Vista Home.

Fake grilled food not included. It’s missing one CRUCIAL element as far as I can see- a monitor. Well technically two crucial elements- the ability to actually use the grill to cook food would be HOT. Personally this casemod is a little too corporate and missing the homemade element that makes most other case mods so special but the form factor of the barbecue is pretty unique and Spring appropriate.

This is a very useful tool for PC troubleshooters which allow them to see the BSOD while at the same time use google to figure out the problem. Even if you are not a PC troubleshooters you still can use this tool to help them by just double clicking on the file it will show you your very last blue screen of death. You can either screen shot it or tell your PC technician over the phone about the clash information. BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly caused the crash.

By scanning your computer system for duplicate files regularly can be beneficial in several ways. It can help you to save disk space and avoid confusion when working with the similar file that resides in multiple locations. Auslogics Duplicate File Finder scan and compiling the MD5 hash of each file it scans, it can dig through your disks and find duplicates even with mismatched names. It has a very user friendly interface, you begins selecting folders or hard drives that should be checked for duplicates. It is possible to select multiple folders and drives or just one. After which you select the type of criteria you want when performing the scan.

I found this DIY interesting not because it is simple to do but also we can recycle parts found in old or spoiled CD drive. As you know this few year the world have been promoting going green. So this DIY is good as it recycled the motor found in the drive. The items need in this DIY are a broken CD or DVD drive, an empty cd/dvd package, an usb cable, a cork, iron wire and an antenna cable sheath. I have included 2 video in my this post, the different is that the second video use a blank CD or DVD to make the fan blades and a paper roll to make the fan stand.

USB fans are useful in many ways for example you are in outdoor using your laptop under a hot sun, the usb fan maybe your only cooling device to cool you down. Or today is your unlucky day that both your room fan and air con are spoiled. This is when usb come into help. Hope you enjoy the videos.
